He argues that we should not waste our f*cks on things that don’t matter, such as material possessions or social status.
The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck key points are:
1. You can’t (and shouldn’t try to) please everyone.
2. You can’t do everything.
3. You can’t be everything to everyone.
4. You can’t have everything.
5. You can’t be perfect.
6. You can’t control everything.
7. You can’t fix everything.

Manson discusses how the world is full of suffering, but that doesn’t mean we should give up. He argues that by accepting the world for what it is, we can find ways to make it a better place.
Everything is fucked key points:
The world is f*cked because we’ve lost sight of what matters.
We’re obsessed with things that don’t matter, like money, success, and power.
We’ve forgotten how to connect with each other and ourselves.
We’re trapped in a cycle of anxiety, depression, and addiction.
There is hope, but it requires us to change the way we think and live.
